At Winnie & the Boys, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged just for you. Thank you for supporting our small business and choosing to shop with us. 
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During new collection launches, promotions, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Winnie & the Boys currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has been processed. While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@winnieandtheboys.com.
We’ll do our best to update your address if your order has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Winnie & the Boys is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors and contacting your local carrier for assistance.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change due to production or supplier timelines.
