Winnie & the Boys Return Policy

We want you to love your Winnie & the Boys purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached
  • Be returned within 3 days of delivery

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Undergarments, socks, or other items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to make sure every order is perfect before it leaves us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@winnieandtheboys.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@winnieandtheboys.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Returns must be received in their original condition. Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue your store credit or process your approved exchange.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Winnie & the Boys store credit unless otherwise stated. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Please Note

We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet the requirements outlined above.
